We've all seen commercials for erectile dysfunction. It usually consists of three things. A middle aged man smiling as big as he can, performing an act that has some sort of sexual innuendo, while the narrator talks about the benefits of the drug.
This commercial approaches things from a less crude point of view. Watch it again if you don't get it the first time. Oh yeah, and this was from Z Publicidad in Mexico.
